If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we will pay to return the product to us and send a replacement to you.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To qualify for a full KOS refund, we require the KOS Product labels in a letter envelope with your Return Authorization # (RA#) written on the front.
Your RA# will be provided to you in the subject line of the email you receive upon submitting the return/exchange request form.
It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification of delivery. We must receive the label(s) within 60 days from the date of the original purchase for the refund to be valid.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact KOS Customer Care within 30 days of delivery at 1-833-344-4567.
Please supply the Team Member with your order number and item name from your original confirmation e-mail. The Care Team Member will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
The KOS Care team will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact Customer Care immediately at 1-833-344-4567. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Care Team Member.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
- Contest winnings and Free Promotional Items.
- All third party retail brick and mortar or online purchases of KOS Products (except for purchases from KOS.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
- KOS withholds the right to refuse excessive return order requests.
- KOS Replacement orders
