We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. Your satisfaction is guaranteed for a full 90 days from the date of purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied and would like a refund or exchange, simply click on the link above to begin our self-guided return process.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we will pay to return the product to us and send a replacement to you. Contest winnings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

To qualify for a full KOS refund all we ask for is your KOS product labels in a letter envelope with your Return Authorization # (RA#) written on the front.

Please note we are not asking you to mail back your entire supplement bottle, only the thin, product label surrounding the bottle. The return should only cost the amount of a postage stamp and one letter envelope.

Your RA# will be provided to you in the subject line of the email you receive upon submitting your Return/Exchange request form. 

We do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification of delivery. We must receive the label(s) within 90 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
