If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund* for 1 bag/bottle of each product.

Just let us know within 60 Days of receiving your delivery.

And with our “Empty-Bag/Bottle Policy” you can return 1 bag/bottle of each product - even if they are completely empty!**

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Tell us on this form that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open products you’ll be returning (1 bag/bottle of each flavor is allowed).

2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag/bottle(s).

3. Place the bag/bottles(s) in a box and mail it to us.

4. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?

You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag/bottle + shipping + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
