How do I cancel my auto ship / subscription?


Follow the steps below to cancel your Subscription:

  1. Login to your KOS Account
  2. Select the Manage icon next to your Subscriptions tab.
  3. Next to each active subscribed product select the edit icon. From here you can select skip shipment if you would like to postpone, swap if you are interested in trying something new, or select cancel on the left hand side to remove this subscription item.

Please note you must remove all subscription items if you wish to end your KOS subscription.
