I EXERCISE OFTEN AND AM CONSIDERING INCLUDING BCAAs IN MY NUTRITION REGIMEN. IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO TAKE BCAAs IN ADDITION TO KOS PROTEIN?

Our protein powder contains 3.5g of BCAA's per serving. Most Sports Nutrition guidelines recommend anywhere from 4-15g of BCAA's, with an in-depth study indicating 0.87mg/kg showed improved muscle recovery and reduced soreness.
