WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

All returns require a Return Authorization Number and pre-approval.

  • Any return which does not have an approved RA# will not be accepted by KOS.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all unauthorized returns.
  • Credit will be issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
  • Credit will not be issued on products that are damaged, discontinued or out of date. 
  • Deductions prior to receiving credit for return will not be accepted by KOS. 
  • KOS reserves the right to refuse any request for return purposes.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all authorized product returns.
