WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All returns require a Return Authorization Number and pre-approval.
- Any return which does not have an approved RA# will not be accepted by KOS.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all unauthorized returns.
- Credit will be issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
- Credit will not be issued on products that are damaged, discontinued or out of date.
- Deductions prior to receiving credit for return will not be accepted by KOS.
- KOS reserves the right to refuse any request for return purposes.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on all authorized product returns.
