KOS Subscription delivery frequencies are customizable!

Have you discovered you’re all stocked up and need to change, skip, or postpone your next order? We can help with that!

To Skip your next delivery:

Login to your KOS.com account, and click on the Manage Subscriptions option, then find Delivery Schedule within the menu.

From here, simply press the skip button next to the scheduled subscription you wish to skip.

To Change your delivery date:

Login to your KOS.com account, and click on the Manage Subscriptions option, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is an Edit button.

Here you can set the next charge date for future shipments and all subsequent shipments will follow the new shipping date as well.
