KOS Subscription delivery frequencies are customizable!

Skip/change/postpone upcoming subscription orders by texting “START” to (833) 264-4998

 

Website:

To skip your upcoming shipment, simply:

  1. Log into your KOS account
  2. Select Manage Subscription on the right-hand side
  3. Click Skip Shipment to skip the upcoming order

To change the upcoming shipment date, simply:

  1. Click Next Charge Date
  2. Choose the date of your next shipment

Important: Updating the frequency will not update the charge date. This will need to be done separately.
