HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Have you discovered you’re all stocked up, or would prefer to purchase as needed vs postponing your subscription for a later date?

We’re sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription with the following steps:

  1. Login to your KOS Account
  2. Select the Manage icon next to your Subscriptions tab.
  3. Next to each active subscribed product select the Edit icon. From here you can select skip shipment if you would like to postpone, swap if you are interested in trying something new, or select cancel on the left hand side to remove this subscription item.

Please note you must remove ALL subscription items if you wish to end your KOS subscription.

If you select ‘other’ as the reason for cancelling, we would love to hear why! Please be as descriptive or creative as possible!
