Can I drink your protein on a low FODMAP diet?


It depends on your tolerance level to FODMAPs. 

Organic Inulin and a whole food fruit and vegetable blend that contains apple and shiitake mushroom are included in each of our protein powders. The amount of these is small, so for some, it’s not noticeable, while others who need to adhere to a more strict FODMAP diet, find they experience discomfort. 

Please Note: Pea protein is low FODMAP up to 20 grams and dried shiitake mushrooms are also considered low FODMAP according to a new study conducted by Monash University, based upon the minimal amount found in our fruit and vegetable blend.
