We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. Your satisfaction is guaranteed for a full 90 days from the date of purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied and would like a refund or exchange, simply click on the link above to begin our self-guided return process.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we will pay to return the product to us and send a replacement to you. Contest winnings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


To qualify for a refund, we require the thin KOS label that surrounds the product bottle to be returned along with your original KOS.com order # and the return authorization (RA) # assigned to your return. It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification of delivery. We must receive the label(s) within 90 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
